Send an RFQ to SABNER

Send requests for quotation (RFQs) together with technical documentation to info@sabner.com. Include the basic project details – below is a short list of information worth providing so that we can begin the analysis.

What should you include in your RFQ?

The more complete the input information, the easier it is to begin the project analysis. Prepare the following five key items:

2D technical drawing Preferably a PDF with dimensions, tolerances, and requirements for the part. The 2D drawing is the basis for the technical evaluation.

3D model, if available STEP or IGES formats facilitate geometry analysis. A 3D model does not replace a 2D drawing with tolerances and requirements.

Material Specify the required grade or material designation as indicated in the documentation.

Project volume Specify the planned annual demand and the size of a single batch.

Requested timeline Specify the requested delivery date or project launch date. This information helps us take the schedule into account when analyzing your RFQ.
Additionally, if the project requires specific quality documentation, indicate this in your RFQ. If the complete technical documentation is not yet ready, a photo or physical sample of the part may also be helpful.
